About Us

Aequalis Property Group Ltd. is a UK based limited company providing services including but not limited to: Bespoke Property Investment, Project Management, Joint Ventures, Investor Returns and Mentoring.

Services provided

When you agree to our services, you are agreeing to a commitment drawn up in a contract, with a specific or rolling period.  

Payment 

Payment for services will be upon agreement for one-off fees. Or a monthly payment, paid in advance, for ongoing services.

All payments to be made by bank transfer.

Ending the contract

If you end the contract early, you remain responsible for all remaining payments. Where we are forced to end the contract early, no refunds will be made and no further payments are required. 

​If any payments become overdue or are cancelled before the end of the agreed term, the outstanding balance will remain payable. Where reasonable attempts to recover payment have been unsuccessful, Aequalis Property Group Ltd. reserves the right to refer the debt to a third-party debt recovery agency and/or pursue recovery through legal means. Any reasonable costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance may be added to the amount owed where permitted by law.

Mentoring and Training

Aequalis Property Group Ltd. offers one to one mentoring programmes. By enrolling, you agree to the full cost of that programme.

Intellectual property and recordings

All content, materials, and recordings created as part of Aequalis Property Group Ltd. are the intellectual property of Aequalis Property Group Ltd..

Meetings and conversations may be recorded. By agreeing to our services, you consent to the use of recordings that may include your voice or image for marketing, promotional, educational, or content purposes across platforms chosen by Aequalis Property Group Ltd..
